CASELIZZI.IT was born in January 2024 with the idea of offering tourists who want to visit the city of Sanremo, the advantage of having an entire apartment with all the services of a hotel. Our Suite, located in the city center, is easily reachable on foot so as to allow you to visit the attractions that have always characterized us: the Municipal Casino, the Ariston Theater, Corso Matteotti with shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants, the seafront with beaches, night clubs and the cycle path which has now become the longest in Europe.
Wonderful stay I spent 3 days in this beautiful house I had a great time, everything was clean and tidy, very comfortable bed, I highly recommend, thanks again to Antonio who hosted us as a host should do. Thanks again see you next time

We stayed a week in the petite suite and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The cleanliness and all the services available made us feel at home. The furniture is modern, with attention to detail and Antonio was available to our repeated requests. We will definitely be back!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible hours, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
HOW FAR ARE THE ARISTON THEATRE AND THE CASINO?
Walking along the street, the apartment is just 550 metres away from the Ariston Theatre and 750 metres from the Casino.
WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
In the streets parallel to the apartment, you can park your car for free (white lines) and for a fee (blue lines).
HOW FAR ARE THE BEACH RESORTS?
About 800 meters away from the apartment, you can find free and equipped beaches, easily reachable on foot.
